Welcome back to Kanto—but this isn’t the region you once knew. The towns feel familiar, yet the roads have twisted into something unrecognizable. Landmarks you once trusted are now shadows of themselves. Something deep within this world is broken, and the balance has shifted. Secrets lie buried in plain sight, and the fate of Kanto rests in your hands. It’s up to you to uncover the truth and set things right—before it’s too late.

Major Changes & Key Features

Shadows at the Start (Early Game)

• Starter: Riolu instead of standard Kanto Pokémon.
• Route 1–2: Odd wild Pokémon; shortcut to Pewter via scientist with Flash (HM05).
• Pewter Gym: Brock missing; found in Viridian Forest.
• Route 3–4: Aerodactyl ambush; Dynamax Band obtained (needs Flash).
• Mt. Moon: Ambush and battle lead to DexNav reward.

The First Fracture (Cerulean & Rock Tunnel)

• Cerulean: Ambushed by Brendan; Phoebe replaces Misty.
• Nugget Bridge resets if left.
• Route 5 blocked → progress through Rock Tunnel:
  • Encounter Flash Pikachu, Sandaconda Den, Odd Keystone (Spiritomb hint).

World Without Order (Mid-Game Events)

• Lavender Gym: Now led by Roxanne → grants Mega Ring.
• Roxanne defeat opens Celadon Underground.
• Saffron: Giratina appears; Arceus is sealed.
