Overview
Pokemon Too Many Types 2 is the ambitious sequel to the original Too Many Types hack, expanding its chaotic concept into a fully reimagined Hoenn adventure. This time, the region has been drastically altered, delivering a fresh and unpredictable Pokemon experience unlike anything before it.
With an incredible 80 total Pokemon types—including 30 brand-new types—Pokemon can now possess up to three types, creating deep, experimental battles and team-building possibilities. Combined with new moves, Mega Evolutions, and a completely new story, Too Many Types 2 pushes Pokemon gameplay into wild new territory.
Synopsis
Two years after the events of Too Many Types 1—also known as Pokemon Emerald—a young trainer moves to Lilycove City. That trainer is you.
Hoenn is still recovering from the devastating Kyogre and Groudon disaster, and the region has changed in unexpected ways. As you begin your journey, you’ll uncover how these events reshaped Hoenn, confront a new villainous team, and discover an overwhelming variety of never-before-seen Pokemon types.

- Fixed a bug that caused your Mom and your Rival’s Mom to appear as a small child if you placed more than 2 decorations in your room
- Fixed an issue that would cause the first two decorations you place in your room to bug out/not be what you placed
- Lowered the maximum amount of decorations you can place in your room from 12 to 10 (This was needed to fix the above issues ^)
- The Shield decorations awarded for for achieving streaks in the Battle Challenge have been changed from “Ornaments” to “Dolls”, and can now be properly placed.
- To fix/reobtain the shields, please talk to the attendant in the Battle Challenge. (This will let you obtain multiple shields, that’s fine)
- Fixed a bug that caused the OT and met location of a Wild Pokémon to be invalid when viewing their summary screen (this was fixed when you caught them)
- Disabled being able to view the Markings of a Pokémon when using the “search” functionality of the Pokénav
