Pokemon Wally Quest Variant Version Changes

The following are changes in the variant patch. Honestly a bunch of whimsical changes, no claims to balance

    ------------TYPE CHANGES------------
Fairy neutral to Bug (instead of resists)
Grass resists Fairy (instead of neutral)
Ice resists Water (instead of neutral)
Ice resists Dragon (instead of neutral)
Steel neutral to Dragon (instead of resists)
Rock resists Rock (instead of neutral)

    Psychic is immune to confusion
    Fighting is immune to flinching

    ------------MOVES------------
Hail: Raises defense of Ice Types by 50%
Present reworked to Ice-type, 90 base power 100% accuracy, but heals 50% if targeting ally
Hidden Power is Mystery Type with 70 power
Stealth Rock is capped at 25% damage (no 4x weakness)
Infatuation (Attract, Cute Charm) and Captivate are no longer gender-dependent
Acid and Acid Spray are super-effective against Steel types
Kinesis: 100% accuracy instead of 80%
Barrage: 30 power instead of 15, Grass type instead of Normal
Rolling Kick: 100% accuracy instead of 85%
Lovely Kiss: 100% accuracy instead of 75%
Octazooka: 95% accuracy instead of 85%
Smelling Salts: Fighting instead of Normal

Giga Drain, Horn Leech: 80 power instead of 75
Noble Roar: Targets both foes instead of selected
Attack Order: Targets both foes instead of selected

    ------------ABILITIES------------
Blaze, Overgrow, Torrent and Swarm activate at 1/2 health (instead of 1/3), but only raise the modifier by 25% (instead of 50%)
Effect Spore now causes Sleep at 50% (instead of 30% of either poison, paralyze or sleep)
Cute Charm, Flame Body, Poison Point, Static, Cursed Body and Shed Skin triggers at 50%
    (instead of 30%)
Slow Start reduced to 2 turns
Magma Armor reduces incoming Water and Ice attacks by 50%, in addition to its prevention
    of freeze
Leaf Guard now works in normal weather conditions as well as sunlight
Flower Veil now works on its own user regardless of type. Allies must still be Grass-Type to benefit from it
Fluffy no longer multiplies incoming Fire damage
Flower Gift now improves special attacks' damage multiplier by 1.5x too
Solar Power reduces HP by 1/16 instead of 1/8
Tangled Feet won't trigger "hurt itself" during confusion, in addition to the evasiveness boost
