Description

Pokemon Dull is a short, goofy hack made purely for fun. It doesn’t take itself seriously, features intentionally questionable design choices, and focuses on absurd gameplay twists rather than polish or balance. There are no custom sprites apart from the title screen, and the experience leans into randomness, annoyance, and jokes—especially involving Legendary Pokemon.

• Legendary Pokemon Overhaul
  Legendary Pokemon now have intentionally terrible stats and appear frequently in early-game areas.
• Randomized Gameplay Elements
  Expect post-random battles, post-random wild encounters, and post-random moves that still stay within their respective types.

  The starting Pokemon lineup has been replaced with a new selection.
• Modified World Design
