In this post, we’ll explore the DexNav feature and the Difficulty Modes available in Pokemon Lazarus. Learn how to customize your adventure and make the most of these exciting gameplay elements.
DexNav and Difficulty Modes in Pokemon Lazarus
DexNav
The DexNav is unlocked by Professor Elia after completing the 2nd Gym. It works similarly to Pokemon Emerald Seaglass, allowing you to hold the A Button to “creep up” on Pokemon and find shiny ones. Use it for a better, more immersive experience in your search for rare Pokemon!
Difficulty Modes
Pokemon Lazarus features a Difficulty Mode setting that you can adjust in the Options menu on the second page, alongside other settings. Choose the mode that suits your playstyle:
- Normal Mode: Offers soft level caps and standard Gym Leader teams. Most Pokemon teams will be able to beat the game, with only a few battles requiring extra planning.
- Hard Mode: Features hard level caps and more difficult Gym Leaders. Opponents’ levels increase as you progress, ending in a +5 level bonus. Gym Leaders’ Pokémon will have stronger moves and more coverage, so planning is essential before each battle.
Adjust the difficulty to match your desired challenge and enjoy your adventure in Pokemon Lazarus!
